Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Souvenirs For the Collection. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

For United States Customers:
We accept returns for new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
For European Union (EU) Customers:
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to return new, unused, and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
For the Rest of the World:
All sales for countries outside the US and the EU are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
Return Shipping Costs (All Eligible Returns):
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Product Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at risinzon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
